How unusual to have a duff car manufacturer (FIAT) sponsoring a top bike manufacturer’s (Yamaha) racing team. And how much must Dainese be cursing the late change of sponsor after they launched their 2007 range including a swish Camel Fags team colour one piece.

Cottenham in Cambridgeshire has the longest main street of any village in England. It goes on for miles and loses interest about half way along. Mind you, it did house some decent boozers from what I remember.

So England fail to beat the footballing powerhouse that is Israel. Maybe it’s because Steve Mac can’t work out that Lennon is an experienced right winger and pretty ineffective on the left. And Steve’s also a bit rubbish. The sooner we can get a decent coach in the better!

We spent yesterday with some friends that we haven’t seen (collectively) for about 4 years. We had a great time drinking beer and eating curry and catching up.
