This is not an issue over a parking fine hammer or damage cars this is over rent a bannger taking lots of peoples deposits thats right LOTS and not returning then closing down the business over night rent a bannger but still using there rent a bannger web site to get more customers to con but now using the new business name FOXHILL Foxhill is at the same address some customers even had more money stolen from there bank cards out and out right FRAUD Warning to all Darren con artist Sharp who owned rent a bannger owns foxhill motor company AVOID*

good company always 2 sides to every story i personally think these guys at rentabanger are genuine when people damage cars or get parking tickets people moan that the are losing deposits when in actual fact they are just running a business trying to earn a crust good on rentabanger keep trying guys in these uncertain times

Rent a Banger has changed its name more times than I have hot dinners
it is now calling its self Fox hill third name change by owner Darren Sharp who thinks he can hide behind the Ltd Company name to avoid any legal action

But if they new the law they would know this,It could be deemed as
Fraudulent Trading.
This is when you carry on business with the intention to defraud creditors or for any other fraudulent purpose.

This might include taking deposits for orders you know you cannot fulfil, entering into contracts when you know there are insufficient funds to conclude them, transferring money around from one bank to another to keep them happy or giving wrong or inaccurate information to obtain credit or contracts.

If a court believes you have been fraudulently trading, it can order you personally to make a contribution to the company without financial limit. It can also imprison you for up to 7 years.

And after they took every ones deposits and then clamed they have gone bankrupt
(Not the first time they have used this ploy)
And to add insult to injury they even take more money from your credit card for the rental than what was agreed?

It dose not look good dose it

I would advise anyone who wishes to hire a car or van please use a reputable company

As what was a cheep option at first turns in to a very costly experience in the long run

Great. Comments about rent a banger on the wrong post. I hope someone reads them!

I have no idea how good or bad they are. I posted what I saw on the M1. All other comments are taken at face value including the previous comments on ‘Sunday’ from sales@rent-a-banger.

Who knows where the truth lies? I don’t know that is for sure.
