It’s great!
Mulled wine, sausages, pancakes, waffles, doughnuts, gifts, garbage, nuts, Germans and all for a few quid.
It’s a great experience and very funny to be in the middle of it.
I spent about 10 Euros and had a fantastic time even in the cold and light drizzle.
Highly recommended!

I was sat in a hotel bar/ restaurant last night having a bite to eat when I noticed that they were playing Christmas Tunes over the (quiet) sound system.
The thing that struck me, after I’d noticed and confirmed that I wasn’t shopping in Tesco, was that the vast majority of the songs were British. [...]

I like German Christmas markets, but somehow the real thing manages to be more cheerfuk when shut than the one in Birmingham at full swing.
