Apple Sauce
Take a Bramley apple. Peel and chop. Sprinkle with cinammon and cloves, both ground.
Microwave and mix to make into a sauce. Add maple syrup to sweeten.
Enjoy with roast pork.

Why does this humble vegetable arouse such passions?
I know that there is part of the population that is predisposed to hate the taste of brassicas, but why do they hold such sway?
